It's amazing to me the people I hear from that I haven't seen in years - and I mean YEARS! Today I got a "friend request" from a gal by the name of Linda Beukema, who I haven't seen since GRADE school - for some reason I don't remember ever having her in my high school classes, so I'm guessing she must have moved. So anyway, of course we're now "friends", and later in the day she posted this picture of me and several of our friends at her 9th birthday party. I don't even remember this, but I remember her, the girl sitting next to me (Kathy Wolf), and another girl in the picture (Carol Lassiter). I know none of those names mean anything to any of you, except maybe Bill might remember one or two of them. Our old neighbor, Barb Hoffman, will remember Linda Beukema too, so I'm going to forward this picture on to her, and now all three of us can be friends - just like the old days! What fun. (Barb and I still stay in touch a bit - I saw her at our 40th high school reunion last year.)
